Guado Al Tasso Wine Dinner

We have decided to work with the incredible winery Guado Al Tasso for this years first wine dinner. They have been at the heart of Bolgheri wine making for many years, and now are considered among the greatest super Tuscan producers. Their flag ship wine actually pre-dates the approval of the Bolgheri D.O.C. and was one of the premier producers leading to the regions D.O.C. designation in 1994.
